Challenger Sports is looking for reliable, energetic and enthusiastic soccer coaches to fill roles in our Tiny Tykes programs.

What is TinyTykes? TinyTykes is a FUNdamental introduction to the game of soccer for players aged 2-6. Players learn the introductory skills of soccer through you teaching them fun games and stories in weekly classes lasting 45 mins each. Our soccer experts and child development professionals have designed an innovative curriculum for you to follow which introduces young soccer stars to the basic skills needed in soccer as well as developing their motor, social, and psychological skills.

Compensation: $20/hour ($25 if kept on past the Spring)

Information:

Classes run daytime during the week lasting 45-60 minutes each session and run back to back. Coaches will be provided with uniform, equipment, training and a curriculum to follow.

TinyTykes offers flexible part-time working hours and the opportunity to work in a rewarding and fun environment. Classes typically take place at preschools and sports complexes. We are looking for coaches to begin working in August for a 9-week block of sessions.

Compensation: Coaches will be paid weekly depending upon the number of previous seasons worked as a trainer. You will coach soccer for an average of 10-15 hours each week

Location: Raleigh, NC, and surrounding areas

Requirements:

Criminal Background Check or willingness to begin an application

Must be aware of current first aid procedures

It is essential you are personable, with a highly energetic and enthusiastic attitude

Playing/coaching experience is preferred

You must have valid work authorization without sponsorship
