Regional Sales Director for Soccer
Responsibilities
Identifying new clients through a detailed sales process, including e mailing, phone contact, meetings, convention attendance, referrals. Clients will be soccer clubs/organizations; Parks and Recreation Departments, YMCA's
Sell products and services from all divisions of the organization, including, Academy Coaching, Camps, Tours, and Tournaments
Retain existing large accounts (number of accounts to be defined based on an individual basis)by keeping in contact with them to manage business and see what opportunities exist to grow account
Upgrade smaller accounts where appropriate
Upsell/cross sell on an ongoing annual basis
Complete all CRM tasks
Assign and manage tasks to Account Managers
Monitor growth in their existing programs
Work on a sales plan which will lead to the highest level of profitability and efficiency for the office.
Manage seasonal coaching staff combined with regional logistics, travel plans and housing

CRM data usable for projections and reporting
Add revenue streams to existing client bases in other divisions.
Manage expenses and make sound business decisions on spending

Senior VP to measure actual ongoing results against Yearly Timeline plan
Surveys
Customer satisfaction survey from their territory - measured through head office surveys annually
Manager review survey performed by head office 3 times a year
Territorial profitability
CRM task completion rate and usability of entered data - measured through head office
