Description: Customer Service and Marketing Assistant

Purpose: Support regional staff throughout a variety of tasks such as compiling marketing information, brochures, customer service calls, data inputting.

Duties:

Assemble marketing packs for clients

Build client and camp information online in the company database.

Customer service calls

Manage office inventory

Data inputting

Program preparation

Office support

The intern would also be given the opportunity to go out and see our numerous soccer programs in action in the field to ensure that they had a really good feel and understanding for the programs that they are helping to promote and market.

Our goal is for the intern to gain a very good understanding of what it takes to run our business from the starting point of making the initial sales all the way through the marketing and promotion of our products to seeing them being delivered on the field and the customer service that is involved all the way through the process.
