    Challenger Sports is looking for reliable, energetic and enthusiastic soccer coaches to fill roles in our Challenger Soccer Academy

    Acadmey Trainer, full time and part time options. Ideally have a USSF qualification but not a necessary.

    Information:

    Classes run Monday through Sunday lasting 45-60 minutes each session, and run back to back. Coaches will be provided with uniform, equipment, training and a curriculum to follow.

    Academy trainer offers flexible part-time working hours and the opportunity to work in a rewarding and fun environment. We are looking for coaches to begin working in August for an 6-8 week block of sessions. Full-time coaching is also available.

    What is Challenger Soccer Academy? Professional year-round coaching.

    You will mentor and provide support to the organization and coaching staff.

    Deliver in-house coaches clinics and coach education.

    Be a positive role model and offer clear and continual feedback to players, parents and coaches.

    Act as an ambassador of Challenger Sports.

    Compensation: Coaches will be paid weekly depending upon the number of previous seasons worked as a trainer. You will coach soccer for an average of 15 - 30 hours each week with the balance of 35 hours in-office marketing maintenance.

    Requirements:

    Criminal Background Check or willingness to begin application

    Must be aware of current first aid procedures

    It is essential you are personable, with a highly energetic and enthusiastic attitude

    Playing/coaching experience is preferred

    You must have valid work authorization
