You'll manage a crew of three that cleans windows at people's homes.
Introduce yourself to the customer, do a walk-through of what you'll be doing, then make sure the crew leaves no drips or streaks and cleans the sills.
Handle any issues, collect the money and head to the next job.
You need to have your own car, but most of the time you'll drive a company truck.
Want to make even more money? We'll teach you how to estimate residential window cleaning, then hand you warm leads in the area your crew is working that day.
No window cleaning experience required. We'll teach you that.
You do have to have experience managing three people. You are responsible for training, keeping them motivated, and meeting our quality work standards.

No window cleaning experience necessary. We provide two weeks of paid training at $16.00 per hour. Then you can earn more based on what you and your crew clean.
You must have a reliable car or truck and insurance coverage for your vehicle.

Valid proof of insurance on vehicle
Persons without the above information (or with no experience managing a small team of people) will NOT be considered.
