    This is a role within CGI's Sales Operations function. This role is responsible for owning the primary administration, enhancements, and design of the SalesForce.com Sales Cloud platform. This role reports to the Sales Operations & CRM Administration Manager and interfaces with multiple internal departments such as Sales, Customer Care, Finance, Marketing, and IT. This role will refine requirements, design value-added functionality, and integrate reporting solutions within Salesforce.com to meet internal customer needs for information and decision support.  The role will ensure best practices by partnering with internal Salesforce administrators, and external Salesforce support.

    ADMINISTRATOR, SALESFORCE.COM SERVICE CLOUD:

    • Bachelor's Degree in a business management, information systems or related field or similar experience; Salesforce.com Administrator Certification
    • 4+ years experience working with Salesforce.com in an Administrator and/or Sales Operations role, and working with SAP and SAP BI reporting tool, BEX Analyzer tools, developing, formatting, analyzing and distributing information in support of a sales or marketing team
    • Advanced knowledge in Salesforce.com Sales Cloud, BW BI reporting tools including Business Objects, ERP; Microsoft Office Suite; data warehousing
    • Able to travel occasionally - North America
    • Preferred qualifications: SAP BI; solid understanding of sales cycles, forecasts and pipelines

    ADMINISTRATOR, SALESFORCE.COM SERVICE CLOUD:

    • Serve as primary system administrator for the SalesForce.com Sales Cloud environment with 200+ users
    • Serve as technical lead on new SalesForce.com Sales Cloud projects such as add on applications and new user interface launch
    • Monitor new Salesforce.com features, involved with  validation, testing and implementation of new functionality and communication of same to user base; provide recommendation for process improvements to the business based on new functionality available
    • Work with the other SalesForce.com Cloud Administrators and the full CGI Governance team as part of proposing changes/additions to the      Sales Cloud
    • Develop and maintain custom report types used for sales dashboards/reports for the sales organization to measure achievement vs. assigned goals
    • Perform daily system administration of Salesforce.com  database including but not limited to managing multiple user setups, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, integration points, record types, processes and workflows, page layouts and validations
    • Serve as tier 2 end user technical support including research and/or enlisting SalesForce.com Premier Support
    • Identify, correct, and prevent data quality issues through data governance, system setup, and use of other data validation tools
    • Create and maintain Sales Cloud documentation; technical  specifications, workflow diagrams, solution design documentation and other      documentation that supports and explains technical solutions and business  processes
    • Protect CGI’s reputation by keeping information confidential
    • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending  educational workshops, professional publications, establishing personal  networks, and participating in professional societies

    Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed
