WHO WE ARE: We are a VIRTUAL ASSISTANCE firm dedicated to assisting REAL ESTATE professionals with administrative tasks that help them grow their business.

WHO WE NEED: YOU CAN WORK FROM ANYWHERE IN THE USA. We are looking for a VIRTUAL ASSISTANT to join our team! You will be contracted through Chameleon Virtual working for multiple real estate agents and/or teams around the country. We are looking for an individual who wants to join the small team of a start up. This individual needs to be flexible, patient, and ready to help take Chameleon to the next level.

RESPONSIBILITIES CAN INCLUDE:

• Overseeing and coordinating brand development and marketing trends.
• Develop marketing strategies to maximize lead generation in a real estate business.
• Assist real estate agents and teams with their Social Media marketing needs including, but not limited to:
  • Occasional graphic design
  • Scheduling posts across multiple social platforms
  • Educating Chameleon's clients on strategies and processes
• Study analytics to create plans for evolving to current trends.
• Assist clients with their customer databases
  • Mailers
  • Email blasts
  • Special projects as needed/requested by the client.
• Monitor and report on customer satisfaction.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles or other related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in Real Estate (licensed or not, you must understand real estate trends and how that applies to digital marketing strategies.)
  • Administrative/Marketing specific roles preferred**
• Strong project management skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Self-sufficient
• Ability to work from home peacefully and be available for video calling on occasion.
• Drive to join a growing company and potentially be a huge part of it's expansion

This position is a contractor position. This position is paid by direct commission based on the number of clients assigned. The goal is to be full-time and between $40k-$50k annually, but it may not look that way starting off. This will be discussed more in the interview. However, while many of these options are popular, many of them are located overseas. In addition to that hurdle, many of their virtual assistants do not understand real estate or social media marketing in the United States.
