Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Responsibilities: * Handle customer inquiries and complaints * Provide information about the products and services * Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns * Document and update customer records based on interactions * Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Qualifications: * Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields * Ability to build rapport with clients * Ability to prioritize and multitask * Positive and professional demeanor * Excellent written and verbal communication skills Requirements: * High School Diploma or GED equivalent required * 2+ years experience as customer service specialist or administrative assistant * Ability to read and learn parts book and chemical instructions * Excellent telephone skills and voice Advantageous Skills/Experience: * Prior Ecommerce software experience * Prior Hot Tub Industry experience Company Description Our aim is to deliver quality products and services to each and every customer who comes through the door.
