Job Description

We are seeking a CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT who is organized and proactive to join our organization. You will work directly with our office staff to ensure all administrative tasks are efficiently and effectively implemented. Must have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks at once, and a wide breadth of experience managing clerical responsibilities.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer phones in a professional manner for local and online store
• Assist customers in finding the correct item(s) for their needs for local and online store
• Experience with eCommerce software extremely beneficial
• Assist with online store returns/damages/etc.
• Provide customer service to customers who visit or call into the office
• Understanding customer needs and offering solutions and support
• Assist technician with appointments and paperwork
• Type out correspondence emails
• Ensure office is kept clean and organized at all times
• Maintain positive and professional staff and client relationships

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Interest or ability to learn to read a parts book as well as assist in chemical instructions for hot tubs
• 2+ years experience as an administrative assistant
• An outstanding communicator, both orally and written
• Excellent customer service skills
• Self-starter who works well independently
• Ability to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completing them
• Familiar with common office equipment (printers, copier, fax, etc.)
• Detail-oriented and exceptional organization skills
• Strong problem solver and analytical thinker
• Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
