    Champion Col-EDGE Solutions is growing! We are looking for people with a genuine interest in mentoring students and changing lives. This position is based in our new Call Center in the Tallahassee, Florida, metro area. Hybrid positions (part on-site and part work-from-home) may be available upon successful completion of initial training and appropriate self-management skills.

    Established in 1989, Champion Col-EDGE Solutions serves as an advocate, mentor, and educator for borrowers’ rights, responsibilities, and options for successful student loan repayment. (We ARE NOT a collection agency and we DO NOT consolidate loans). Schools hire Champion to assist their students through the student loan repayment cycle. Our expertly-trained Student Success Mentors reach out to borrowers at crucial moments in their student loan lifecycle to offer proven loan repayment mentoring. We help borrowers navigate the often confusing and complex processes of getting and repaying student loans. This helps borrowers avoid costly errors that come from naivety or misunderstandings of rights, responsibilities, and complicated repayment options.

    • Full-time and part-time day and evening shifts: Monday – Friday + availability to work one Saturday per month.
    • Hourly wage is dependent on your experience, starting at $15/hour.
    • Opportunity to earn monthly performance bonuses.

    • Experience is not required - Champion trains and promotes from within.

    Requirements:

    • Applicants may not have an unresolved student loan default as reflected in the NSLDS student database.
    • High School Diploma, or equivalent.
    • Knowledge of and proficiency with office equipment, Windows-based software applications, basic typing skills.
    • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
    • Stable work history with excellent attendance. 1+ year of prior call center customer service experience is a plus.
    • Spanish speaking is a plus.
