AUTOMOTIVE WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK

We are looking for an Automotive Warranty Administrator to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Communicates with service technicians to define the scope of a warranty claim resolution.

Communicate with service manager.

Process all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation and to verify criteria required by the factory.

Follows up on outstanding claims.

Posting weekly factory warranty payments into accounting.

Reconciling all warranty receivables and working with the accounting department.

Keeping track of all service and customer records as required by the warrantor.

Provides administrative assistance as needed.

Provide administrative support to management, other departments and employees as needed.

Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Provides timely and accurate reports as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 2 years experience as a Dealership Warranty Clerk a MUST.

Great attitude with high energy.

Flexibility to work extended hours, evenings and weekends.

CDK / Dealer Connect/ ModisCS+ Knowledge a Must.

Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Maserati experience a plus.

Experience handling a high volume of paperwork.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to take initiative, use good judgment, demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and carry multiple projects through to completion.

Must have excellent follow-up skills.

Good attendance.

Full Time position.

All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.

All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 2 Years experience 

Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Maserati experience a plus.

CDK / Dealer Connect/ ModisCS+ Knowledge a Must
