Seeking person who can be comfortable multi-tasking, effortlessly attentive to patient concerns and health care goals. Skills should include patient communication and management, billing/insurance, detail-oriented with goals and accomplishments clearly stated. Responsibilities: Proficient with all aspects of patient management including insurance verification, discussing finances, scheduling. Established practice needs an experienced, enthusiastic individual with good communication and computer skills to organize and run our practice needs. Qualifications: Experience required. Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary practice that includes chiropractic, acupuncture, rehabilitation, and body contouring treatments. Computer literate for patient management software, word, excel for basic patient communication. Friendly and outgoing personality. Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced work environment. Capable of working well under pressure and multi-tasking without getting overwhelmed.- Strong self-starter and able to complete tasks reliably.
