    HOURLY RATE: $37 W2; $42 CTC/1099

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    The persons chosen for this contract position will augment our excellent Technical Support Team. They will travel to courthouses throughout Wisconsin in support of computer hardware implementations, equipment upgrades, and field service. They will also take rotating shifts working in the CCAP call center, where they will provide professional in-person technical support to our users. This position involves roughly 50% in-state travel and 50% in-house work. The selected candidates must have excellent verbal communications skills, will have a valid Wisconsin driver license, and must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    • Phone based technical support (2 years)
    • Demonstrated technical competence in a customer support environment (2 years)
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills (2 years)
    • Experience troubleshooting technology support issues (2 years)
    • Remote desktop support tools (RDP, SCCM, etc.) (1 year)
    • MS Windows 10 (1 year)
