The CLIENT SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE will be expected to work well in a team environment and will need to rely on critical thinking, technical ability and public speaking skills to perform the job at the expected level. This position requires a strong ability to sell energy services, as well as the ability to maintain quality relationships with both internal and external customers. Extensive training on our products/services will be provided. The Client Support Representative will also assist with day-to-day account maintenance, as needed.

• Provide a high level of front-line customer service to all clients.
• Provide basic service training to other client support representatives
• Provide professional, prompt and courteous client support by listening to clients and responding in a way that exceeds their expectations.
• Remain current on all services and competitors prices using available resources throughout the company.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

• Strong customer service skills
• High level of professionalism and the ability to handle stressful situations with the highest integrity
• Computer literacy and keyboard skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible and able to adjust priorities as situation demands
• Patience to work through complex issues
• MS Office skills, including: Outlook, Word, and Excel; a strong familiarity with email and internet

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate's Degree or higher (or equivalent experience preferred)
• Minimum 1 year Customer Service experience (major account experience preferred)
• Proficiency in SalesForce (would be helpful).
