Job Description
The Change Manager will play a key role in ensuring enterprise projects (change initiatives) meet objectives and business value realization through a focus on driving adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change in a significant period of AI transformation – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize adoption, increase proficiency levels, and minimize resistance, making change feel a cohesive part of the organization. The Change Manager will report to the Change Management Executive and be a part of the Global Change Office team.
