    You'll be joining 4 experienced entrepreneurs from the US and UK. Together they have already built global SaaS companies and have 7 combined exits. Spanning both regions they have access to a wide range of VC backing and support. For this new venture, they are capitalizing on their SaaS experience to build even more meaningful tech. Between them, they already have the product, operations, sales, marketing, and customer success skills but now seek a Head of Content & Community.

    YOUR ROLE

    As Head of Content & Community and one of our first employees, you'll be key to helping us write and deploy the most important People Programs and Recipes delivered via ChangeEngine's product and services. You'll own the growth of our ChangeLibrary which includes all programs our customers can deploy in minutes delivering an elevated experience for their employees. You'll also be building and managing a community of People Leaders while keeping them engaged and contributing to the ChangeLibrary templates so the whole community can benefit from best practices across company boundaries. 

    What we're looking for in a Head of Content & Community

    • Strong background in Customer Success and working with Customers at an early-stage company.
    • Ability to write engaging content and copy that demands engagement. 
    • Experience building, managing, and engaging users on and off a SaaS platform.
    • Serve as the Community "change agent" and lead direction, change, and communication to both internal teams and the community at large.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to seed the community prior to launch with relevant content and resources.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and influencers in the community.
    • Create and implement a clear, research-backed content strategy, engagement strategy, and community content calendar.
    • Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure community engagement, and establish and maintain quarterly reporting.
    • Establish internal processes for handling community member feedback, insights, and questions that require specific technical or product expertise.

    • Develop expertise in People Programs over time and become a subject matter expert in People and HR programs and recipes that drive improve employee experience and improve employee engagement and retention. 
    • Ability to develop, manage, and grow customer relationships.
    • Foresight to plan and develop expansion/upsell opportunities. 
    • Ability to articulate actionable insights for internal stakeholders based on community analytics
    • Social media savviness with the ability to implement strategies and moderate online conversations
    • Knowledge of brand tone and voice, social trends, and best practice
