• Co-design data collection process
• Generate and distribute data reports for community survey and outreach activities 
• Analyzes data using statistical methods
• Offer recommendation to internal team and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with executive director and project coordinator to determine and address data collection needs
• Create statistical models that depict trends
• Preform testing and validation of data sets
• Determine the meaning of data and explain how we can leverage it to inform and improve action

A youth, family, and community empowerment center comprised of staff and volunteers focusing on positive youth development, family engagement, community stakeholder relations with a special focus on education, social connections and public safety alternatives. The Best Start West Athens (BSWA) Initiative’s vision is to develop a collaborative community support system to enhance, enrich, educate and empower all stakeholders with a special focus on families with children prenatal to age 5. C.H.A.N.G.E.S. supports the initiative through stakeholder outreach & engagement, coalition building, and education. Activities will focus on BSWA’s community identified project priority areas: Parks & Green Spaces, Quality School Improvements, and Community Safety.
