Busy ophthalmology-optometry practice with two locations (Irvine, Fullerton).seeking to fill one full-time equivalent position in March/ April 2023. Job duties and responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments using practice management and EHR systems, entering charges, collecting payments, verifying insurance, and general office support i.e. scanning, faxing, filing, responding to emails. Minimum requirement: Medical Assisting certification or 3 or more years working in healthcare i.e. ophthalmology, primary care, or urgent care preferred.
