Youth Activities and Summer Camp Staff in Chapel Hill
Chapel Hill Country Club is seeking staff for weekly children's activities. Prior experience working with groups of children is required. CPR/First Aid Certification is helpful. Must be highly responsible, focused on the children's well-being and happiness, able to lead group games and help children with dinner and clean up time. Staff will be responsible for checking children in and out with parents, supervising and leading activities, and cleaning up at the end of the night. This position is available year-round and roughly 6 hours per week (2 hours Wednesdays and 4 hours on Fridays) Opportunities for full-time and part-time summer day camp work are also available June-August! Camp counselors enjoy days of play outdoors, indoor activities, time supervising campers at the pool (must be able to swim), and a summer full of fun. It's all the enjoyment of working summer camp (ideal for those interested in teaching or Phys. Ed. teaching in the future, but also gain great leadership skills for any role) but you get to go home at the end of the day and have weekends off! Chapel Hill Country Club is located near the UNC campus in Chapel Hill, NC.
