Job Title: Chaperone/Escort – Children's Transportation Support Job Description: Join our team at Quality Healthcare Staffing and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children! We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to serve as Chaperones/Escorts. These individuals will be responsible for accompanying children to and from school and medical appointments, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout their journeys. This unique opportunity combines transportation support with on-site assistance at the Children's Center during school holidays and downtime. Selected staff will provide backup coverage, including lunch/break relief for childcare workers when not escorting. Location: 492 1st Ave, NY, NY, 10016 (Next to Bellevue Hospital) Payrate: $16.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience) Shift Times: MONDAY - FRIDAY ONLY ● 10:00 am – 6:00 pm ● 11:00 am – 7:00 pm Scheduling Notes: This role is Monday to Friday only and does not impact regular recruitment needs. During off-school periods, chaperones will report to the Children’s Center and provide general onsite support and childcare coverage as assigned. Qualifications for Interview: ● Demonstrated commitment to children’s safety and care. ● Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with children or in youth-focused roles (childcare, education, support work, etc.). ● High School Diploma or GED required. ● Must provide an updated resume and proof of at least one dose of the required vaccine (booster not required). ● Strong punctuality, communication, and teamwork skills.
