Job Summary: Join our team at Quality Healthcare Staffing and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children! We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to serve as Chaperones/Escorts. These individuals will be responsible for accompanying children to and from school/appointments, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout their journeys. This unique opportunity combines transportation support with on-site assistance at the Children's Center during school holidays and downtime. Selected staff will provide backup coverage, including lunch/break relief for childcare workers when not escorting.

Location: 492 1st Ave, NY, NY, 10016 (Next to Bellevue Hospital)

Shift Times: MONDAY - FRIDAY ONLY 10:00 am – 6:00 pm 11:00 am – 7:00 pm

Payrate: New Employees (First 90 Days): $16.00 per hour. After 90 Days: $20.00 per hour

Qualifications for Interview:

Demonstrated commitment to children’s safety and care.

Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with children or in youth-focused roles (childcare, education, support work, etc.).

High School Diploma or GED required.

Must provide an updated resume and proof of at least one dose of the required vaccine (booster not required).

Strong punctuality, communication, and teamwork skills.

Scheduling Notes: This role is Monday to Friday only and does not impact regular recruitment needs. During off-school periods, chaperones will report to the Children’s Center and provide general onsite support and childcare coverage as assigned.
