    Chapman Ford of Lancaster is looking for an Experienced Service Advisor to join our rapidly growing Service Department. Knowledge in compliance and safety regulations is important to this position.

    Responsibilities

    The individual will need to have great multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment - all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and giving the highest customer quality of service.

    Mechanical skills are preferred to assist the job.

    The applicant must be a highly motivated and ambitious individual.

    Qualifications

    Must have recent Service Advisor or Assistant Service Manager experience

    Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

    Professional appearance.

    Excellent communication skills & the ability to upsell as needed.

    Organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

    Basic Computer Skills and Data Entry.

    DealerBuilt computer experience helpful

    Valid Driver’s license with no major violations within the past 3 years.

    Knowledge in compliance and safety regulations is important to this position
