Business Development Center Manager / Team Leader
Chapman Nissan of Philadelphia is looking for a BDC Manager/Team Leader for their expanding BDC department. This is a great position for someone who has BDC experience in the automotive industry and is looking for an opportunity to grow with an organization. This position will help manage and report on the BDC department with the General Sales Manager. Full Training and opportunity to advance with the organization will be provided.
About the Position:
The BDC Manager acts as the essential communications link between the client and the dealership. The candidate must be a friendly, articulate, enthusiastic, and a self-motivated team player with outstanding communication skills, a positive attitude, and an excellent work ethic.
Qualifications:
1 - 3 years BDC Manager experience and/or training in a BDC setting or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel and possess the ability to navigate through multiple windows and multiple software systems.
Must be able to work well with customers and work well under pressure.
Must possess strong organizational and time management skills.
Must also possess the ability to multi-task
Valid Driver’s License
