Customer Care / Business Development Coordinator
Opportunities available in a fun and fast paced environment, here at Chapman Auto Group! Looking for qualified applicants for Chapman Chevy in the Philly Airport Automall. Applicants must have dynamic customer service and possess excellent organizational, computer, communication and phone skills.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming Internet leads
Follow up on Customer Inquiries with Follow up Outbound calls, texts and emails to potential clients
Understanding customer needs and offer options and product knowledge
Maintain knowledge of product information related to the makes and models of the dealership
Building prospect pipelines
Maintain database of prospective customer information
Work directly with salespeople to ensure that customers are handled once in the showroom
Requirements
BDC or Call Center experience preferred
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel and possess the ability to navigate through multiple windows and multiple software systems
Comfortable making outbound calls, receiving inbound calls, working on a computer and talking to new people for 8 hours a day
Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
Persuasive, self-motivated and self-directed with ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
