WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FULL-TIME RECEPTIONIST TO JOIN THE CHAPMAN HYUNDAI TEAM IMMEDIATELY. PREFERRED CANDIDATES ARE SKILLED LISTENERS WHO ARE PEOPLE-ORIENTED, PATIENT AND ORGANIZED. EXPERIENCE AS A RECEPTIONIST IS REQUIRED. SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE A “PEOPLE COME FIRST” ATTITUDE AND KNOW HOW TO PROVIDE THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: 

• Manage a multi-line phone system and direct callers to the proper department
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner; striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer unsatisfied customers to the appropriate associate for resolution
• Assist management with various clerical duties, as needed
• Conduct yourself in a friendly, professional, courteous and efficient manner when working with all customers and employees
• Perform other functions as assigned

DESIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Must be available to work Monday – Friday
• Previous customer service or receptionist experience is preferred, but we'll train you!
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, etc.) preferred
• Organized and able to multitask
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Professional work appearance is required
• Compensation starts at $13/hour
• WILLING TO SUBMIT TO A PRE-EMPLOYMENT BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG SCREEN
