You'll be assigned a variety of work orders, including repairing, replacing, installing, and maintaining, and testing electrical wiring, circuit breakers, transformers, and lighting fixtures in homes & commercial buildings. The ideal candidate should be familiar with working in all types of environments. A knowledge of electrical systems and wiring would be a plus. Limited apprenticeship opening. All service electricians are required to complete all apprenticeship training, and or hold a valid Arkansas Journeyman or Masters licensing. No On Call. If this is you, apply today! Responsibilities: • Install wiring and other electrical components, and test to ensure it’s properly connected • Certify newly installed electrical components properly function • Interpret and apply electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams • Verify that the wiring is in compliance with all building rules and requirements for safety • Identify and fix electrical problems, including component replacement and installation • Perform residential and commercial electrical service • Installation of electrical equipment and devices Qualifications: • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs • Clear communicator and can speak with tact and courtesy when dealing with customers • Ability to work in confined spaces, at great heights, and in all types of weather • We require candidates have a high school diploma or GED • Enroll or be enrolled in a Electrical Apprenticeship Program Compensation: $37,000 - $70,000 yearly
