Responsibilities: • Help agents, customers, and other parties with all escrow paperwork, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans • Acquire seller approval for offers and counteroffers from buyers to complete the process in a timely manner • Input client information into the client database system, track transaction activities, and submit each necessary document to the office broker for file compliance • Schedule home inspections and any necessary repairs, and assist in negotiations regarding repairs • Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close • Schedule moving times and attend all closing-related meetings • Aid real estate agents, clientele, and other stakeholders with paperwork and ensure the completion of all escrow documents, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans • Coordinate home inspections negotiate prices for necessary repairs, and make sure each repair is completed • Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close • Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly • Perform contract to close administration for home buyer and seller transactions • Support real estate agents and clients with appropriate documents and ensure completion and accuracy of all documentation • Schedule, coordinate, and assist agents and clients with inspections • Plan, schedule, and attend events regarding the closing process, including moving schedules • Enter and maintain client information within the client database • Document, track, and follow up with file compliance and transaction activity, including contract due dates and deadlines • Collaborate with and assist administrative staff and agents in a friendly and helpful manner • Communicate with attorneys, lenders, and other vendors involved in the transaction process Qualifications: • Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred • Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly • Real estate license preferred • Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience • High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred • Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued • High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience • Obtained real estate license or are currently pursuing • Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills • Passionate about providing excellent customer service • Real Estate license required • Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients, team members, and vendors • Motivated by team growth, and is a solution and goal-oriented team player • Driven by a desire to provide exceptional customer service and experience • Organized self-starter who is attentive to details and can use checklists and systems • Responsible and dependable with a dedicated work ethic • Adaptable and teachable personality with an ability to consistently meet deadlines • Comfortable with computer hardware and software, technology, systems, and processes Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly DOE
