Job Description:

Plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of Junk King. Duties and responsibilities include enforcing policies, managing daily operations, driving, personnel management (including assisting in hiring, supervision, and evaluation), have effective problem solving and mediation skills, ability to teach others, work at a fast pace and be able to delegate responsibilities, and be able to cope with conflict, stress and crisis situations.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily truck operations, sales, scheduling, staffing, marketing, and customer service.

Create a positive work environment and encourage team success and accountability.

Assisting in budgeting.

Must be willing to give office presentations, be able to do in person prospecting, interact with vendors to ensure proper marketing material, willing to do whatever it takes to market Junk King to ALL of your community.

Working knowledge of Junk King software, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Must be able to represent our company as the brand of advocate in community and network.

Must be able to interact and present information in a professional manner with Franchise corporate office.

Clean driving record. Education: A degree in business, sales or marketing is a plus.
