In-Home/Day Program/Relief Staff

Works with individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities.

Records Support Logs accurately daily.

Support with behavior management using TOVA.

Support with all outcomes/training listed on the plan of support.

Complete daily documentation as instructed.

Report any suspected cases of abuse, neglect, and exploitation.

Attends in-service training sessions and workshops.

Accepts and performs the routine duties and responsibilities of the position and accepts direction and leadership from the assigned supervisor.

Performs other duties as assigned.

In-home/Relief staff must be able to transport individuals out into the community.

Must have a valid driver's license.

Must have reliable transportation.
