In-Home- Relief Staff

Hours: varies

Works with individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities.

Records and maintain mileage, payroll records, and Support Logs accurately daily.

Support with behavior management using TOVA.

Support with all outcomes/training listed on the plan of support including daily living activities (i.e. cooking, shopping, cleaning, medication assistance, if needed and personal hygiene).

Complete daily documentation as instructed.

Provides transportation to and from appointments and other community resources and/or recreational activities.

Report any suspected cases of abuse, neglect, and exploitation.

Attends in-service training sessions and workshops.

Accepts and performs the routine duties and responsibilities of the position and accepts direction and leadership from the assigned supervisor.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Must be willing to take the individuals out into the community.

Must have reliable transportation.

Must have a valid driver's license.
