    CORPORATE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM - ENTRY LEVEL

    In this year long corporate leadership program you will build the specialized skills you need to pursue a sales career at our industry-leading company. Under the guidance of our team and management, you’ll build a complete sales toolkit leveraging a broad understanding of Charity Advertising and Marketing Partners, marketing, sales, and business-to-consumer system and networks.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    YEAR ONE – TERRITORY SALES MANAGER

    • Responsibility for full sales coverage of a defined set of customers in a territory
    • Develop and deliver sales presentations using data from various resources
    • Develop sales forecast and participate in joint business planning
    • Work cross-functionally with revenue growth management and shopper marketing
    • Participate in sales training to build negotiation, finance and business acumen skills
    • Work cross-functionally with brand marketing and national retail sales teams
    • Development of presentation creation and delivery skills

    ONE YEAR – ASSOCIATE ACCOUNT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

    • Job shadowing with Account Development Manager
    • Job shadowing of top leadership and Training Managers
    • Responsibility for team business planning
    • Develop change management skills by focusing on SWOT analysis
    • Work cross-functionally with the Marketing and Client Relations team

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • S./B.A. in business or sales related fields strongly encouraged
    • Consumer behavior and customer facing experiences a plus
    • Ability to demonstrate strong presentation, sales, and leadership skills
    • Ability to multi-task in a cross functional environment
    • Knowledgeable in the use of sales force and marketing research a plus
