    AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS: Full-time salaried position. 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. Some weekends and evenings as needed.

    • Oversee all training for Support Team Members + Hair and Spa Artists
    • Conduct meetings with Hair and Spa Artist trainers to discuss upcoming trends, trainee’s in process, and training needs
    • Interview Jr Stylist applicants and oversee Jr Stylist training program
    • Develop training materials for new products and services and attend vendor meetings to discuss wants and needs
    • Implement and continue to develop the Penzone Self-care initiative
    • Evaluates learning programs by tracking and analyzing performance results, conducting surveys, interviews, and/or focus groups.
    • Develops and prepares special correspondence, spreadsheets, graphs, charts and other documents required for presentation of data and ROI of training.
    • Oversee continuing education and cosmetology board requirements
    • Coordinates with Training Coordinator on learning opportunities within the Salons, our Guest Experience Center, and Home Office while maintaining the budget.
    • Update content and respond to questions + comments on PENZONE “ONE”.

    • Must have strong analytical skills with which to solve various degrees of complex problems.
    • Knowledge of the following applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Must be highly flexible with the ability to respond to multiple demands and deadlines.
    • Knowledge of processes and methods for curriculum and training design, including teaching and instruction for individuals and groups and the measurement of training effects.
    • Organize and develop facilitator guides, training procedure manuals.
    • The ability to interact well with co-workers and function in a team environment but also be able to work independently with little or no supervision.
    • Must have strong interpersonal skills and public speaking abilities.
    • Requires someone who loves our Industry and enjoys a fashion forward approach.
