KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create an exceptional guest experience that sells your skills as a beauty artist

• Provide a variety of services while inspiring and connecting with our guests

• Express a passion for trends in the beauty, fashion and cosmetics world

• Elevate the experience by providing one-on-one information on trends, services and applications

• Ability to quickly assess guest’s needs and to connect to make their experience memorable.

• Provides information upcoming promotion, events, and products within the salon

• Responsible for managing and engaging with guests for a variety of events

• Must love all things beauty related and provide enthusiastic personal testimonies to guests regarding our products and/or services

Required Experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Cosmetology license required
• Ability stands all day and lift up to 20 pounds
• Must be able to walk, stand, squat, and bend
• Exceptional customer service/retail background a must
• Maintain cleanliness, within State Board requirements
