    Summary

    Are you the life of the party where ever you go? Do you have the ability to talk to and connect with all kinds of personalities? Are you a night owl? Are you a self starter? We are looking for you!! This positions purpose is to build connections with guests, establish new regular repeat guests, create a fun party atmosphere, guide the team to ensure the Piano shows are hype and fun for everyone, lead your team members, build a roster of fun, outgoing, attractive, talented bartenders, increase sales substantially over the previous years’ sales, keep costs at or below budget and assist with maintaining a great working environment and reputation. It is important to ensure employee and guest satisfaction, without compromising the safety of our staff or guests or the procedures of each brand. Your focus will be on developing and executing a successful and profitable evening and nightlife.

    Responsibilities

    Inspires all staff to increase and uphold Charleston Hospitality Group's standards.

    Maintain and manage a high volume nightlife bar

    liquor ordering and inventory

    Schedule and manage your bar staff

    Learn our store specific digital restaurant systems

    create a easy going fun but professional atmosphere to garner excitement and create the party

    Trains new hires on proper Charleston Hospitality Group service standards, recipe standards, daily/shifty duties. Uses proper training outlines and training manuals.

    Trains and inspires all staff to provide excellent customer service those results in positive online reviews

    Assists with interviewing and hiring applicants along with the GM.

    Ensures all safety and sanitation practices are followed.

    Responsible for well-run shifts and completing all management duties

    Qualifications

    Must be 21 years of age or older in order to serve, and purchase alcohol products.

    High School Diploma or General Educational Development Diploma (GED) plus two years of related experience. Full-service Establishment experience preferred.

    Must be familiar with Microsoft office, word, and excel. Basic computer skills required.

    Ability to stand and work for long periods of time
