Bar & Nightlife Manager
Summary
The intention is to build connections with guests, team members, and the community to create a loyal following, increase sales substantially over the previous years’ sales, keep costs at or below budget and assist with maintaining a great working environment and reputation. It is important to ensure employee and guest satisfaction, without compromising the safety of our staff or guests or the procedures of each brand. Your focus will be on developing and executing a successful and profitable evening and nightlife.
Responsibilities
Inspires all staff to increase and uphold Toast All Day's standards and provide excellent customer service that result in positive online reviews.
Trains new hires on proper Toast All day's service standards, recipe standards, daily/shifty duties. Uses proper training outlines and training manuals.
Conduct inventory
Set up and create drink menu specials, promos, and events
Assists with interviewing and hiring applicants along with the GM.
Ensures all safety and sanitation practices are followed.
Responsible for well-run shifts and completing all management duties
Recruit, Hire, and train responsible reliable bar staff
Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older in order to serve, and purchase alcohol products.
High School Diploma or General Educational Development Diploma (GED) plus two years of related experience. Full-service Establishment experience preferred.
Must be familiar with Microsoft office, word, and excel. Basic computer skills required.
Ability to stand and work for long periods of time
