Charleston, Inc. is a Plumbing and Heating Wholesale Company in Lincoln, NE with five other locations in Nebraska, Iowa and Kansas. We are currently seeking the right individual to fill a need for a Counter Sales Position. If you have familiarity and experience in plumbing materials, HVAC, along with a commitment to great customer service, this is the position for you!

Responsibilities: As an Inside Sales Representative you will:

• Develop relationships with customers by accurately taking customer's orders both in person and over the phone.
• Pick and Consolidate Orders
• Perform all physical requirements necessary to lift and move inventory around the warehouse.
• Update knowledge of products through self-study and attending product training classes.
• Stock the counter area
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: A successful Inside Sales Representative will possess the following:

• Great customer service and communications skills
• Local market knowledge
• 1-2 years of Heating or Plumbing experience
• A willingness to learn is a must!
