Charleston Wrap is a leader in the school fundraising industry! We are a designer, manufacturer and distributor of high-quality kitchen and home items as well as Ultraheavy gift wrap. We successfully execute fundraising campaigns across the US, Caribbean, and Mexico. We’ve been in business over 30 years and are constantly looking for ways to innovate and excel in our industry.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The target goal of this position is to acquire and maintain sales accounts as well as provide excellent customer support for consumers. This is an exciting and fast paced environment, so multitasking is a must! Our sales are largely booked through inbound channels, but experience with outbound sales is a plus.

COMPENSATION: Hourly Pay + Commission + Bonus

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: SALES

• Be knowledgeable about the programs offered and our fundraising process.
• Promote and sell our fundraising programs to existing and prospective clients.
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Follow up with generated inbound leads through email and by phone.
• Use our sales CRM system to record all activity associated with an account.
• Turn in complete and thorough paperwork upon booking an account.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Address consumer and client inquiries and implement appropriate solutions or alternatives to solve any dilemmas.
• Manage & resolve incoming calls and emails cordially and effectively throughout the work day.
• Assist customers with order placement, changes to their order, product questions, refunds, exchanges, etc.
