    OPERATIONS MANAGER

    If you are passionate about making a difference, this role is for you. Reporting to the C.O.O. in our Peterborough facility, this position is responsible for providing managerial leadership and direction to the plant manufacturing facility, maximizing capital and human resource utilization in attaining production objectives within established cost parameters. The position is also accountable for management direction of the people, materials and assets of the Plant for the purpose of producing assigned products according to the production plan and customer requirements. The Operations Manager also oversees our customer service department and is responsible for Health and Safety, Inventory, Purchasing and Freight.

    The Experience We Need:

    5 – 10 Years Management Experience in a production environment

    Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering or technical related field; or equivalent work experience

    Excellent communication with an ability to interact with all members of a diverse team

    Proficient computer skills and organizational skills

    High accountability with an ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines

    Financial and budgetary skills

    Experience with SAP and asset
