Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency is assisting a family in the South Park area of Charlotte in finding a Full-Time nanny for their 2-years-old son and an infant daughter. The nanny would typically be needed Monday & Wednesday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm and Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. (43.5hrs)

The best nanny for this family would be punctual, reliable, warm, caring, trustworthy, kind, and have strong communication skills. Finding a nanny that their children can build a long-lasting bond with and who can provide nurturing and loving care is top priority. Their 2-year-old son is in pre-school each day, the nanny will be responsible for 9:00 am drop off and 12:50 pm pick up. He enjoys reading books, going for walks, playing with all sorts of toys, drawing and coloring, exploring the backyard, and practicing new words and sentences. Infant responsibilities would be feeding, changing, and assisting in creating a daytime sleep schedule.

The mom will be on maternity leave until August of 2024. During this time, the nanny will be asked to assist the mom through the transition of having a second child. It is important to the family that mom gets special one-on-one time with their older son to help him through this big change. While mom is on leave, the nanny may be asked to occasionally help with household management duties, which are listed below. During the day, the nanny should be active and engaged, and creative in coming up with fun activities to do with the children. The nanny should create an environment that will foster growth and age appropriate development that will help them meet their milestones. They would like the nanny to read to them, get on the floor and play, play outside, go on strolls, and do other activities that will encourage their development. They are open to the nanny taking their children on outings (park, library, gym class, etc) after a trusting relationship has been established. The family has severe cat allergies, it is a must that the nanny does not have cats.
