The family also leans on their nanny to have common sense when handling situations with the boys and with the home. The nanny must always think about the boys safety and wellbeing and guide them to participate in safe activities during the afternoon. Nanny must also be able to accurately assess an emergency situation and decide the safest course of action to handle the situation. The nanny should also be able to make good choices about simple things like what to make for lunch, how to handle a surprise mess and who to call when the sink overflows. The nanny would be asked to follow all CDC and government guidelines pertaining to the Covid-19 pandemic.
