Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency is assisting a family in Wake Forest, NC in finding a Full-Time Nanny for their two children; a 8 year old girl and a 6 year old boy. The nanny will be needed Monday - Friday approximately 10/11:00 am - 7:00 pm, 40 - 50 hours a week. Occasionally the family would need date night and weekend babysitting as well. There would also be times where the nanny would be asked to travel with the family, or stay overnight when the parents travel, so the nanny should be open to traveling with the family or staying overnight as needed.

The best nanny for this family would be professional, organized, experienced, punctual, and dependable. The nanny should be able to take care of the children as the parents do, and be an extension of the parents when they are away from the home. The nanny should also be someone who is loving, patient, and kind. The family is also looking for a firm, but loving, and consistent nanny to be a good role model and provide guidance for proper behavior and manners while on duty. The nanny would be responsible for coming in helping with the household tasks listed below, pick the children up from school, take them to activities, give them a snack, help them prepare for the next day of school, play with them, get them dinner, and ready for bed.

The children are very active and would enjoy a nanny who can get down on their level and be engaging with them. The best nanny would be able to engage them in activities that are fun and age appropriate in their down time. Their daughter loves gymnastics, dancing, singing and playing dress up. Their son loves football, dinosaurs, all things animals, and watching Animal Planet. The children both attend school and when the children are not in school or an after school activity, they love to hang out at home and play outside, or in their playroom. Their favorite is when they can stay in pajamas during the day, and have a movie day. Their schedules are so busy that they really enjoy their down time. The nanny should be extremely organized, help manage a busy family calendar, coordinate pickups and drop offs, and anticipate the needs of the family and home. The ideal nanny would be someone who does not get overwhelmed easily. One parent has a peanut allergy, so no peanuts should be brought into the home.
