Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency is assisting a family in the Freedom Park area of Charlotte in finding a nanny Full-Time for their daughter who is 21 months old. The nanny would typically be needed Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, some hours may flex on occasion, a little bit earlier or later here or there with prior notice. A guarantee of 40 hours would be paid every week minimum.

The best nanny for this family would be professional, reliable, and have previous experience caring for toddlers. The family is also looking for a nanny who has potty trained a child before or is familiar with potty training. Any early childhood development education would be a plus as well. The family is looking for a self-motivated and proactive nanny who can plan and engage their daughter in a variety of age appropriate activities. Their daughter loves being active and outdoors, and the best nanny for this family would love to be outdoors and active with their daughter. Their daughter also likes being read to, going to music class once a week (and always listening to music), going on walks to Freedom Park and playing at the park, surprises (new fun activities), and going to My Gym and Discovery Place Nature, once the COVID pandemic is over. The best nanny would be able to meet and exceed the daughter’s needs daily and foster a loving and educational environment. The nanny for this family must follow all CDC and government guidelines pertaining to Covid-19 and be cautious as to avoid exposing themselves and the family to Covid-19.

Nanny Responsibilities Include:

• Meeting daily scheduling needs of the child (Feeding, Changing, Napping)

• Engaging with the child on an age appropriate level

• Playing with the child both inside and outside the home

• Doing hands on learning activities with the child

Household Duties Include:

• Child's laundry

• Minimal food prep

• Cleaning up after the child

• Keeping the playroom tidy

• Taking out the diaper pail trash daily

Qualifications:

• Have at least 3 years of professional experience

• Have a professional resume

• Fill out a complete online application

• Pass a national background check, including driving record check

• Have a valid driver’s license

• Have safe and reliable transportation

• Have a minimum of three professional references

Start Date, Salary, and Benefits:

• This position starts ideally December 14th, 2020

• Legal pay is offered at $16.00 - $18.00 an hour, depending on experience
