Full-Time Nanny for Three in Dilworth (4 and 6 years old and 2 months old)
Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency is assisting a family in the Dilworth area of Charlotte, NC in finding a Full-Time Nanny to grow with their family and care for their three children, a 4 year old (b), a 6 year old (b), and a 2 month old. The Nanny would be needed Monday - Friday 8:30 am until 4:30 pm, with additional babysitting needs on occasion, requested by the parents.
The best nanny for this family would be passionate about the children’s emotional, physical, and intellectual needs, nurturing, patient, safety-conscious, organized, self-motivated, proactive, neat, reliable, and punctual. Nanny should be willing to work as part of the team with the parents. The mom works full-time in the office, and the dad stays home full-time. The dad will be teaching the 6 year old during remote learning, until in-person school reopens. With the new baby and the challenges of remote learning, the family needs additional help in caring for the children and keeping the household running smoothly. The best nanny would enjoy being outdoors with the boys, exploring nature, and playing in the water. The nanny should also be skilled in newborn care and familiar with the unique challenges of bottle-feeding the exclusively breastfed baby.
The older boys are very active and love to play at the park, especially in the water. They are both learning to fish. They enjoy hiking in area parks, and often walk to Freedom Park to explore (close by). They love to read and are both working on reading skills. They love to build with Legos and enjoy anything to do with animals. They also enjoy drawing and painting. Occasionally the boys are allowed to play on the iPad or video games, but the parents would like the nanny to limit screen time throughout the day. The best nanny for this family would be able to meet and exceed the needs of the children daily and foster a fun learning environment.
As the family has a newborn, they are particularly concerned about transmission of COVID-19. With that being said, they are requiring their nanny to follow all social distancing and CDC guidelines, avoiding crowds such as parties or bars, not to travel to any hotspots, and do not dine inside at restaurants. However, they value honesty above all else, and the nanny will be compensated if the nanny has had an exposure, needs to undergo testing, and/or needs to quarantine.
