    Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency is assisting multiple families in finding Full and Part-Time Monday - Friday Summer Nannies for their families.

    The best nannies for these families would be professional, reliable, experienced, very energetic, and engaging with the children. The prime responsibilities for a summer nanny would be to care for the children, keep them safe, and engage them in fun activities that will encourage their growth and development. The nanny for this family must follow all CDC and government guidelines pertaining to Covid-19 and be cautious as to avoid exposing themselves and the family to Covid-19.

    Nanny Responsibilities Include:

    • Meeting daily scheduling needs of the children

    • Engaging with the children on an age appropriate level

    • Playing with the children both inside and outside the home

    • Doing hands on learning activities with the children

    • Facilitate playdates as allowed

    • Take children to fun activities as allowed

    Household Duties Include (Understanding prime responsibility is caring for the child):

    • Children’s laundry 

    • Children's meal prep

    • Unloading/loading the dishwasher

    • Light tidying up after yourself and the children


    Qualifications:

    • Have at least 3 years of professional nanny experience

    • Have a professional resume

    • Fill out a complete online application

    • Pass a pre-screening interview with Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency

    • Pass a national background check, including driving record check

    • Have a valid driver’s license

    • Have safe and reliable transportation

    • Have a minimum of three professional references

    • CPR and First Aid Certified

    • Nanny should be fluent in English, any additional languages are a plus

    • Must be up to date on vaccinations and be willing to take the Covid-19 vaccine as soon as it is available to childcare workers

    Start Date, Salary, and Benefits:

    • These positions are temporary and start early summer and go through the summer

    • Legal pay is negotiable, depending on experience

    • Continued pay while the family is away

    • Paid mileage for driving on the job
