Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency is assisting a family in Plaza Midwood in finding a nanny Full-Time for their two children: a 23 month old boy and a newborn boy. The nanny would typically be needed Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, with additional babysitting needs on occasion, requested by the parents.

The best nanny for this family would be reliable, professional, patient, have previous experience working with more than one child at a time, and has a passion for working with little ones. Their 23 month old enjoys walks, playing in the backyard, reading books, and doing arts and crafts. Their younger son is a newborn and nanny should be able to help keep him on schedule, engage him in developmental activities, reading to him, and go on walks around the neighborhood. The best nanny for this family would be able to meet and exceed the needs of the children daily and foster a fun learning environment. It is extremely important that the nanny for this family is taking Covid-19 seriously. The nanny should also be following all CDC and government guidelines pertaining to Covid-19, and are being cautious as to avoid exposing themselves and the family to Covid-19.

Nanny Responsibilities Include:

• Meeting daily scheduling needs of the children (Feeding, Changing, Napping)

• Engaging with the children on an age appropriate level

• Playing with the children both inside and outside the home

• Doing hands on learning activities with the children

Household Duties Include:

• Light tidying

• The children’s laundry

• Prepping the children’s food and feeding the child

• Food Prep for whole Family would be a plus, but not required

• Washing or putting away dishes, etc.

• Sanitizing bottles, toys, and surfaces

• Stock diapers and other items

• Emptying diaper pail as needed

Pet Care Responsibilities:

• The family has two short haired cats. So the best nanny must not be allergic to cats.

Qualifications:

Start Date, Salary, and Benefits:

• This position starts by February 2021, but can start earlier if needed

• Legal pay is offered at a negotiable rate $18.00 - $20.00 an hour, depending on experience and expertise

• Continued pay while the family is away

• Two weeks paid time off

• Paid mileage for driving on the job (Not to and from work)
