    ChartSquad is a personal health record. A platform that helps people to obtain their medical records quickly and securely and then maintain control over that healthcare data.

    Utilizing federal law and technology, the ChartSquad platform is a unique and industry-disruptive platform enabling previously unseen fast and fair access to medical records.

    The ChartSquad platform can be leveraged by professional services, such as attorneys. With ChartSquad integrated into their case management systems, an attorney's client can use ChartSquad to get medical records from their providers and opt to share them directly with their attorney, thereby significantly improving the efficiency in the delivery of that law firm's services.

    Sales Development Representative - The Role

    We recognize the importance of sales development representatives and their role in growing the business. Key to helping us bring fair medical records access to all, you will be responsible for signing up new business through sales and marketing activities, including calling, emailing, and engaging with potential clients through any channel available to them.

    Working closely with the head of marketing and the rest of your sales team, the successful candidate will utilize existing warm data and inbound leads to convert clients and generate revenue for the business.

    The aim will be to develop our SDR team so they can progress within the company and grow their career in a direction that matches their goals and strengths.

    Responsibilities :

    • Use outbound phone calls/custom emails to convert prospects into sign-ups or to set appointments to initiate the sales process when dealing with high-value prospect companies.
      • Work hand in hand with
      • No cold calling, all contacts have consented to be contacted through direct engagement with ChartSquad or ChartSquad promotions.
      • Re-convert lapsed clients back into active, paying clients.
      • Follow up with inbound leads to convert them into sign-ups.
      • Convert conference/event attendees to ChartSquad sign-ups.
    • Continuous prospecting through LinkedIn, and other data sources – know your prospect.
    • Work to achieve weekly, and monthly goals through the execution of demand-generation activities (calls, emails, product demos)
    • Manage activity and associated data within the CRM and maintain activity and sales metrics.
    • Work with the head of marketing to continually update and improve marketing email messaging to be sent out regularly to all subscribers that are yet to convert to sign-ups.
    • Promote user adoption and work with ChartSquad team members to ensure professional services sign-ups move forward with active use of the platform and generate revenue.
      • Work with existing ChartSquad resources to ensure all clients are onboarded efficiently and start to use the platform right away.
