    Do you enjoy talking on the phone, designing and implementing fun mailers/e-mails, event planning, social media marketing, and business-to-business relationship building? If so, then this is the perfect job for you. Calling all professionals: A busy but fun-oriented mortgage company is looking for someone to manage and implement marketing campaigns for client and business partner retention. A great attitude, hard work ethic, and creative mind is required. Mortgage experience is welcome but not necessary. A typical day looks like this: • 9:00-11:00 Inside phone calls to schedule appointments, update clients, call clients and referral partners for friendly follow-up • 11:00-12:00 Work on outbound publications, event management • 1:00-2:00 Develop, create and execute mailers and handwritten notes to clients/partners • 2:00- 5:00 Database management, social media posts, thank you gifts to clients and partnersIf you're a go-getter that likes working in a professional but fun atmosphere, then please apply.You must have experience in various facets of online marketing, social media marketing, public relations, customer service, and database management and be comfortable on the phones and with technology. Impeccable communication skills are a MUST. This position requires a well-rounded individual who is not only creative but has no problem speaking on the phone for several hours a day. Responsibilities: • Maintain relationships with current and past mortgage borrowers through phone calls, email, etc. to make sure they remember our business • Enter inbound leads and past clients’ current information into the customer database • Develop and assist with sales event for real estate agents and clients • Create and maintain social media content Qualifications: • High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred • One year of sales experience as an inside sales agent, sales associate, or related position in business development or the mortgage industry • Current U.S. driver’s license and capable of traveling by car • Track record of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly
