Chase Winters Worldwide (a leading executive search firm) is conducting a highly visible retained search engagement for a SAP Senior Solutions Architect on behalf of one of the fastest growing global IT services company and ranked among the top Global IT companies in the world. That operates in 53 countries and a portfolio of clients from the private, public and not-for-profit sectors across every major industry.

The SAP Senior Solution Architect will implement, customize, migrate, upgrade and test solutions. You will leverage your experience and expertise to develop solutions to meet business requirements. You will lead and architect solutions and mentor team members utilizing your knowledge to address topics, including: SAP 4/HANA, Financial Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Order to Cash, or Procure to Pay.

Role & Responsibility:

Primary Skill: SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting / CO / Supply Chain Management / Manufacturing / Order to cash (SD ) / Procure to Pay ( P2P or S2P )

• 15 Plus years of SAP experience with Domain experience

• Published white papers

• Preferred to be a speaker in SAPLabs / SAPPHIRE / TechEd / any SAP events

• Managed to handle RFPs / presentation including large RFPs of size $20+ million

• Familiar and worked on onsite / offshore model

• Handled architecting solutions and managing consulting work

• Handled business discussion & meeting with CX level team

• Worked as Business Process Consultant who have facilitated implementation and support of the SAP respective primary area to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.

• Helped customer to manage Business KPIs

• Fit/Gap Analysis and define business requirements, processes and objectives to scope project and deliverables.

• Provide a comprehensive advice to our customers on long-term and short-term perspectives on their key strategic imperatives and recommends innovations that will anticipate the future directions of both business and IT stakeholders.

• You will create tactical and strategic roadmaps charting the deployment of the digital solutions SAP offers

• As a consultant you will implement, customize and test solutions on client system and develop client-specific enhancements to meet business requirements as needed; as well as assisting clients in achieving their Digital Transformation vision and Best-Run Business capability from their SAP and other IT investments

• Excellent soft skills including communication / presentation

• Good Analytical, communication and presentation skills
