    Working Conditions

    • Must be able to work in-office, remote, or on client premises.
    • Moderate/low overtime during February & March

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Clearly understand our procedures and policies.
    • Have a working knowledge of our technology.
    • Have the technical know-how to supervise staff accountants.
    • Have the people skills to develop quality client relationships and loyalty.
    • Develop a command of relevant IRC sections and regulations.
    • Proficiency with tax and accounting research, including knowledge of reference sources available.
    • An ability to evaluate others' performances.
    • Responsible for supervising tax return preparation engagements.
    • Plan, coordinate, and supervise various phases of engagements.
    • Perform any other necessary duties per management's request.

    Qualifications

    • College undergraduate degree, working toward 150 hours of education.
    • 1 to 2 years' experience in public accounting
