Job Description

A leading luxury laboratory-grown gemstones and jewelry wholesale company is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to grow our brand presence inside independent retail stores.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and a drive to succeed. The ability to communicate the brand effectively, both written and verbal, is a must. We are only considering office applicants. Remote work is not available. Travel will be required to trade shows and possible store visits.

Duties:

·         Effectively identify potential leads, and educate them on the company’s products through calls, presentations, and training.

·         Secure new branded jewelry accounts.

·         Expand existing clients into carrying more products.

·         Forge relationships and build long-lasting partnerships.

·         Provide exceptional customer service to existing partners.

·         Compile sales data to create successful sell-through for existing partners.

·         Manage existing accounts to ensure the program is being followed as intended.

·         Travel to trade shows as necessary.

Qualifications:

·         2-4 years of luxury sales experience is preferred.

·         Jewelry or gemology background is a plus.

·         Excellent interpersonal skills.

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·         Ability to effectively work independently and in a team setting.

·         Highly self-motivated.

·         Ability to cold call prospects.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office.

·         Great attention to detail.

·         Working knowledge of CRM systems.
